Hi Raf,
     We are looking into a simplified checkout process as well.  Did you have any success?  We are thinking of getting some custom work done.

How can I skip the Payment/Place Order step during the check out process? What do I have to change in code?

I want to jump from Summary step to Confirmation step in checkout.
