Create an alias in your mail server definitions. Define both of the recipients.

Example:  Create an account called orders@yourdomain.com, and set that up for the 2 folks you mention.  Then set the store to send mail to orders@yourdomain.com

Is there a way to get ProductCart to send order confirmation email to more than one email address?  We have two different people who need to know when an order comes in.
