I assume the reporting can also so be filterd / seperated by online buyers and shops.. .

I would set up these customers in a pricing category which had a set-price-to-zero set.   Then they would order as usual, not have to pay anything and the delivery details will pass to your admin along with the pricing category info.

We are thinking about getting Product Card for our e-shop.. .

We would like to use Product Card as well on our website as on our intranet...

Customers on the website should be able to order items out of the shop and pass through the payment section...
But our shopmanagers should be able to order items to sell in their shop. So they should not pass the payment section and the item ordered should be delivred in his shop...

Is this possible? Can somebody explain me how?
