I need someone that I can work with periodically to make customizations to ProductCart.

Currently, I may need to know if someone can help me by making certain items in a cart show up with an ON SALE PRICE:  $ XXX.XX  and also display a Sale Start Date and a Sale End Date.  These three pieces of data can be and will need to be imported from an .xls / .csv file each month.

I want to be able to upload the .xls / .csv file with the basic product information (such as the name of the product, category, regular price, etc.) in place, and then when we upload the sale information each month, it will only modify those items.
